Regina Catholic Education Center, an exceptional pre-K to 12th grade school in Iowa City, seeks a KITCHEN STAFF at 15 -30 hours/week.

POSITION SUMMARY: 

Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. -

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):  

• Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for cooking according to standardized procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Stock and maintain kitchen supplies.
• Assist cooks with preparing menu items within designated timeframes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently when instructed.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Other duties as assigned
