POSITION SUMMARY: 

Manage enrollment data while engaging families through the admissions process with a focus on families who prioritize faith, family, community, and learning

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

Leadership and Management:

• Oversee and manage Regina enrollment plan, admissions process, and procedures.
• Collaborate with administration on implementation of admissions programs (e.g., parent events, student visits, orientation).
• Maintain databases of prospective and former families.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to analyze retention and recruitment efforts as needed.

Recruitment and Enrollment:

• Collaborate with Communications Director: Develop and execute strategies to attract, recruit, and enroll students who exhibit Regina’s core values.
• Guide new families through the application process as needed
• Communicate with the Director of Finance regarding financial aid applicants.
• Collaborate and lead the Family Ambassador Committee. 
• Oversee international student admissions and verify qualified agencies and any host family communication.

Communication and Reporting:

• Provide information about Regina and its offerings to individuals and institutions.
• Communicate ESA and scholarship registration and access to new families.
• Continuously evaluate and refine the admissions program for optimal effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience in areas such as communication or sales and with a natural ambassador mindset
